This security awareness course provides employees with greater confidence, more knowledge and the ability to handle challenging situations in a professional manner. The course is designed for all employees in the organization and aims to create safer workplaces with employees who are able to make sound decisions under pressure and in time-sensitive situations.
About the Security Awareness Course
This course is a further development of the conflict management course and combines topics in conflict management, substance abuse issues, security awareness, and crisis management. The course is tailored to the organization’s needs and risk profile.
Through realistic scenarios and practical dilemma training, participants gain experience in communication, situational assessment, and handling threats, violence, theft, fraud, harassment, and other undesirable incidents.
The training is conducted by experienced instructors with backgrounds in law enforcement, the military, and the private sector, and can be delivered both in person and online.
